Member Policy
We are honored to have the opportunity to share the “fruits” of our labor with you. In order to make sure we are all mutually benefited by this arrangement, we have put together this member policy. We ask all new subscribers to carefully read through the following guidelines. This creates a clear understanding between the farmer and member.
Signing Up – When you sign up, a secure, online member profile is created for you with your contact information, pick-up location, and your account activity. You can view and edit your account, change your pick up location, credit card info, or password and even place a vacation or suspension hold just by signing in to your account.
Payments – All payments are made via credit or debit card. Upon placing your order you will receive an email confirmation with an estimate of your total. Once our farmers enter the actual weights of your requested cuts you will get another email with your final price. Your card on file will be charged on pick up day. We do not store any of your personal or financial information on our website. Our order site is run by Farmigo and your information is stored securely by Authorize.net.
Picking Up Your Order – All members may choose their pick up location from the available pick up sites. Please remember to pick up your order or have a friend or family member do so.
Missing Your Pick Up – We understand, sometimes things happen. If you are unable to make your pick up, contact us. We may be able to arrange an alternative pick up for you. This should be an exception and not the rule. Members with repeated missed pick ups may be asked to resign their membership.
Changing Your Pick Up Location – If you want to change your pick up location, please do so 2 days before your pick up day. If you switch and then want to switch back, you’ll need to log into your account again to do so.
Communications – Farm Fresh Coop communicates with you via email on a regular basis to inform you of a payment or to remind you of a scheduled pick up. Sometimes we will need to send out alerts about your order or inform you about happenings on our farm. By becoming a member, you are agreeing to open and read all email communications as soon as you see them since much of the information is time sensitive.
Holiday Changes – We will give you plenty of notice about holiday date changes.
Privacy Policy – We do not sell, rent or give our email list, customer list or any personal /financial information to anyone. EVER!
Our Guarantee – Farm Fresh Coop guarantees our meats for quality and freshness, and we pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service. If for any reason, you are not happy, please contact us 870-654-5719 or farmfreshcoop@gmail.com. We will be happy to give you a refund or credit for any product or order, purchased within the last 60 days, that does not meet your standards.
